Different languages

Different types of computer languages, we are not aware of so many lanuages: ABC, Ada, Algol, AWK, APl, B, BASIC, C, C++, C#, CAML, CLU, COBOL, CORAL66, CPL, DELPHI, EIFFEL, FLOW-MATIC, FORTH, FORTRAN, HASKELL, ICON, J, JAVA, JAVA SCRIPT,LISP,MAINSAIL,M(mumps),ML,MODULa,OBERON,Objective-c,PascalPerl,PHP,Pl/I,PLANKALKUL, Prolog,Python,REXX,Ruby ,Sail,Scheme,Self,Sh(shell),Simula,Smalltalk,Snobol,TCL/TK.
We don't know what they are for but these are the differnt languages from past 50's to till this date.
