I studied in physics.It is a measure of the resistance of a fluid which is being deformed by either shear stress or extensional stress. it describes fluid's internal resistance to flow .Water will have low viscosity than vegetable oil.. It has so many formula's. I can't understand what this topic in my inter.. but know it is easy to understand.
